Ready or not Christmas is fast approaching. A friend of mine has been counting down to Christmas on her Facebook account since March. That is a bit much for me, but I do admit I love Christmas! I love the hustle and bustle of the shopping, the cooking, the parties, the school concerts.....it is all part of the extra excitement that makes the season magical for me. I know that there are lots of people that grumble about the modern day holiday season and long for simpler times.For those people, and even those who love the season, here are some Canadian books that may spark a memory or two:
