Today is the day that we find out which book has been selected as the One Book Nova Scotia title for 2013. The chosen title will be announced at 10:00 am this morning at NSCC's Waterfront campus.
This is just the second year for 1BNS, which is coordinated by Libraries Nova Scotia - a collaboration of all Nova Scotia university, community college and public libraries.
Last year's book was Twenty-six by Leo McKay Jr. It was very well received by NS readers, generating a lot of borrowing at libraries across the province. Local booksellers also reported very strong book sales. Program attendance at Leo's author readings was high and received great feedback. Leo was such a super ambassador for the program (checkout his author reading at HPL).
But enough about last year. Click here to find out this year's chosen title.
